Dublin’s hottest dance duo are back with a bang and proving once again they’re very much in control, as well as in demand.
The Control Freakz have just released their second single, ‘Control Freak’, on German dance label Plasmapool.
The pair – Chris B and Paul Byrne – have been blazing a trail since the release of their debut offering ‘Get On Up’ in July and are already hard at work on their first album.
The artists made a name for themselves when their bootleg mix of the Faithless classic ‘We Come One’ was lauded by none other than the group themselves, who posted it on their website. It’s since been played at nightclubs across the globe.

‘Get On Up’ reached number one in both the Juno progressive house chart and the Juno progressive house recommended chart in September.
While Control Freak is a different animal, it’s already gone down a storm at their latest live sets and is proving to be equally as popular as its predecessor. And it’s set to be a very busy winter for the production maestros, with an array of gigs on the horizon before the release of their first LP in 2012.

Up & coming Dublin Production duo ‘The Control Freakz’ are ready for their first DJ set since the massively successful launch party for their first single release ‘Get on up’ which took place in the infamous Kitchen night club in Dublin’s city centre which saw over 500 clubbers party into the early hours.

This Saturday the 8th of October, Chris & Paul take the stage to Headline at the massively successful Horan’s nightclub in Tralee, Co Kerry. On the night the lads will be showcasing original tracks from their up and coming album which should be finished early next year.

They will also be playing their Bootlegs which have been played by the likes of David Guetta, Armin Van Burren, Roger Sanchez and many more Top International Djs, and some more Bootlegs that have just been finished and they haven’t played out before

Admission will be free before 12 and a mere 5 euro afterwards, so if you Fancy a Roadtrip,

get yourselves out to Horan’s in Tralee this Saturday night to see the lads in action.
